Northern Telecom's Norstar™ MICS is the première phone system for the mid-size office.
Fully digital for outstanding sound quality and reliability (an MTF of 100 years!). The MICS also makes the most of your
existing wiring by utilizing only one pair per telephone, allowing up to four phones per wire.
The MICS will grow with your company, expandable to up to 280 ports
(a combination of lines and phones) meaning you'll need a larger office before
you'll need a larger phone system.
The MICS base system supports 32 phones and add-on modules permit the expansion of the system as necessary.
It supports up to 3 T1/PRI's, Voicemail, multi-site networking, and Call Center software just to name a few of the
many advanced options.
With incremental expansion of phones, lines, voicemail and advanced system features, the MICS
will give your employees the communications tools they need for years to come.

The CICS is the perfect system for the small and growing business.
The default configuration provides 4 phone lines and room for 8
telephones. Expansion easily brings the totals to 8 lines and 24 telephone sets.
The CICS supports Caller ID, VoiceMail, Desktop Messaging, Computer Telephony Integration and more.
With pay-as-you-go voicemail expansion and a smooth upgrade path to the MICS
the CICS is a great solution for new businesses and smaller companies.
